Located on the first floor of our waterfront cottage, this serene one bedroom is perfect for two. Equipped with a large full kitchen and over 500 sq.ft of outdoor space, it is the ideal home away from home.

Our second floor suite boasts an unobstructed view of the harbor, a large private lounging deck, and 16 foot cathedral ceilings. Naturally bright and thoughtfully furnished, this cozy space is the perfect getaway for 1-2 guests.

The Oyster House is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom cottage located on the Warwick side of Pawtuxet Village. With beautiful water views of Pawtuxet Cove & Narragansett Bay, it is the ideal place for rest & relaxation while still being a stone's throw away from all the village has to offer.
